Request and manage your reviews

In this article, we will help you manage reviews from your Nuna clients and your own existing clients. You can always check your own profile in our directory to make sure that your profile and your work are always well represented.

Reviews are an effective tool for increasing online reputation and visibility on search engines and other platforms.

There are two ways clients can add reviews:

1. Clients who have had a session with you on Nuna will automatically be asked for a review.

2. You can ask your old users to leave you a review directly from your expert account. (They don't need to register with Nuna to leave a review).

Details

In the directory list (holanuna.com/en/directory), there will only be 2 pieces of information:

(a) Number of reviews. For example, 34 reviews or 18 reviews, etc.

b) The best user review.

The top review can be chosen by you in your profile. All other reviews will be shown in your directory listing with the user name, month/year and the review itself.
